Privacy Notice

Simplefem Global Club ("SGC") is a private member platform operated by Simplefem. We can be reached at info@simplefem.ca.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate a whitelisted, magic-link authenticated platform:

• Your email address (used for whitelist matching and sign-in).
• Authentication metadata (sign-in timestamps, session tokens).
• Basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, request paths).

We use your data to (a) verify your membership against the whitelist; (b) send secure magic-link sign-in emails; (c) maintain your session; (d) protect the platform from abuse; (e) communicate occasional service updates. We do not sell your data.

SGC stores a secure session token in your browser so you remain signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We rely on trusted vendors to operate SGC, including Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (delivery), and the AI providers you choose to use through member apps. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

We retain your account data for as long as you remain a member. If you are removed from the whitelist or request deletion, your account data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@simplefem.ca.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage at rest, row-level security on member data, and passwordless authentication to reduce credential-based risk. No system is 100% secure; you use SGC at your own risk.

SGC is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active members.
