Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing in to Simplefem Global Club ("SGC", "we", "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Invite-only membership

SGC is a private, invite-only platform. Access is granted exclusively to email addresses on the SGC whitelist. We may add, suspend, or remove members at our sole discretion, without notice.

3. Passwordless authentication

Sign-in is performed via secure magic links sent to your whitelisted email. You are responsible for safeguarding your inbox. Do not share sign-in links with anyone. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) attempt to access the platform with an email you do not own; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service; (c) use SGC tools to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that depicts minors in sexual contexts; (d) resell or redistribute access to member-only apps without written permission.

5. Third-party AI services

SGC integrates third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Google, OpenAI, Runway, Kling, Suno, ElevenLabs). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outputs produced by third-party models.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of inputs you provide. Subject to applicable AI provider terms, you own the outputs you generate using SGC apps, provided your use complies with these Terms. The SGC platform, branding, and member-only content remain the property of Simplefem.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplefem and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
